Intro

Conical Horizontal Bead Mill is a closed wet milling machine for continuous production. It is suitable for various mid-and-high viscous coatings such as offset printing ink, fluorescent ink, concentrated color paste, UV ink, intaglio & toppan printing ink as well as other medium/ high viscous materials. Easy operation, safe, reliable and high efficent result in finished products with high quality.

Main Features

With Tungsten Carbide agitator and imported Zirconium beads in the cone-shape chamber, the machine enhances grinding and dispersion effect. Abrasion resistant cone-shape chamber is with Tungsten Carbide pin type agitator. The beads quanity filled inside the chamber can be adjusted.

It adopts dual mechanical seal and with closed self-lubricating system. It is filled with cooling liquid compatible with milling materials to reduce the pollution to the millbase. It is reliable and abrasion resistant.
